Summer nail knock-outs

 | Category: Fashion

Topshop, the Mecca of high street shops caters for all, but there was always a piece of the puzzle missing…until this Summer!  Top of the Shops give you their shimmering new Makeup Collection, featuring their juicy line of nail colours.  Featured in our East End shoot, our model Rachel is wearing Bees Knees, Flash, In the Red, Fiesty and Carry on Camping.

When thinking of nail polishes, most would think of more established brands like OPI, whose Hong Kong range is great for this season, or Essie whose Spring Tart Deco is the perfect coral.

Either way, everyone knows that as soon as the Sun comes out in London town, the closed toed shoes and boots go away and the flip flops and sandals come out to play.  Accessible to all, the Topshop nail polishes are bright, fun and inexpensive, so it’s the perfect way to play around with colour and kick start your Summer.

With a fabulous and unusual range of punchy hues and pastel shades, the nail collection provides something for every girl and for every occasion. At £5 a pop the polishes are great quality, have a rich finish and are long lasting and the colours are just screaming to be teamed up and worn in creative and individual ways.

As well as nail colour any woman in the 21st Century knows the transformative powers a slick of vibrant lip colour has and it’s Topshop’s sassy pink lipstick Brighton Rock that is featured in our shoot.  The colour stayed moist and true throughout the day and hardly needed touching up; mix it with a little lip gloss in Tropic and take the pink to an even hotter destination and add an edginess that is definitely eye catching.

All in all it’s just brilliant to see that even with the Makeup Collection, Topshop are staying true to their mantra of providing affordable fashion for everyone.  This Summer looking after your hands and feet couldn’t be easier, so there’s no excuses ladies!

After all, looking after your nails is like the icing on the cake…no one will care how delicious the cake is if it looks a fright!
