Georgia Hardinge’s newest Spring/Summer catwalk show featured an array of lightweight sheer pieces mixed with the inclusion of modern day structural detailing.
Most of the pieces came in a neutral grey palette, with deep orange and yellow adding vibrancy to the collection. Many of the pieces where created out of sheer floaty material, evident on the floor length evening gowns, and tailored shirts.
Graphic prints ran throughout the show, with many of the piece used featuring a black line pattern, giving an ethnic and aztec vibe to proceedings. The collection played with the female form and silhoutte, featuring body-con dresses, to the floaty draped pieces towards the end. Hardinge also played with structure, created boned hip detailing into many of the opening looks, giving accentuated hips to the skirts shown.
The collection’s use of sheer materials and neutral pallette, means this is an understated set that will remain classic, stylish yet outstanding.
